Link to: 294. “Environmental Fracture” Oak Egg with dyed maple base. 3 1/2″ x 2 3/4″ including the base. The egg was carved into three spirals, burned, sandblasted and painted. I then burned the recessed line and painted it. All painting was done with fluid acrylic paint. The base was turned, carved, dyed black then painted.
