It is turned, hollowed, carved by rotary carver, power carver and wood burner. It was then dyed black and painted with fluid acrylic paints. The egg is Yellow Cedar. The complete egg is whitened with whitening dye and the outside was then painted. The Golden Nucleus is Maple and it was guilded with gold guilding paste. It is 6 1/4” w x 7 3/4” h.
